Counselling appointments are held virtually, on Zoom, and 55 minutes in length.

 

Most extended health plans cover the fees of a Registered Social Worker (RSW).

 

Check with your insurance provider if you can claim RSW services as an expense (often categorized as "individual counselling").

Services provided by RSWs are recognized as tax-deductible and a medical expense by Revenue Canada.
